QCJC conducts Mental Health & Disability Training at QLD Police Academy

QCJC Director Dan Toombs this week facilitated training to Police Cadets on the importance of identification of disability and early intervention. He encouraged Police Cadets to take a proactive and interventionist stance in relation to matters where there is prevalence of disability and not to use the criminal justice system as the default setting.
