QCJC Director Dan Toombs this week facilitated training to Police Cadets on the importance of identification of disability and early intervention. He encouraged Police Cadets to take a proactive and interventionist stance in relation to matters where there is prevalence of disability and not to use the criminal justice system as the default setting. read more
